We’re a sales-led B2B SaaS company with a strong outbound motion looking for a talented Sales Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of our sales organisation.

This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work closely with Sales leadership to ensure our teams have high-quality leads, reliable systems, clean data, and clear targets,  enabling predictable outbound performance and accurate forecasting.

You’ll be responsible for:

Lead Sourcing, Enrichment & Data Quality

  • Own lead sourcing operations based on defined ICPs, target segments, and lead campaigns
  • Translate ICPs into filters, sourcing rules, and repeatable lead generation processes
  • Run enrichment strategies, data signals, and data quality standards. Manage enrichment tools, AI automations, and data vendors
  • Ensure high data quality across leads, contacts, and accounts, and continuously improve source performance

Lead Distribution & Sales Processes

  • Ensure fair and fast allocation of call-ready leads to sales reps
  • Define, optimize and maintain sales processes from lead → call → outcome together with the Head of Sales and Team Leads
  • Design recycling and follow-up rules for outbound leads

Sales Systems & Tool Management

  • Own the outbound sales tech stack (dialer, enrichment, automation tools)
  • Act as system owner for Upsales CRM and maintain CRM data hygiene, deduplication, and reporting integrity
  • Configure workflows, fields, automations, and integrations
  • Ensure tools are adopted, documented, and used correctly
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees from a systems perspective

Forecasting & Sales Performance

  • Own sales forecasting processes and reporting
  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure forecast accuracy, performance tracking and capacity planning
  • Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, activity, and performance

Onboarding, Compensation & Quota Tracking

  • Support the design and administration of sales compensation plans
  • Maintain quota structures and attainment tracking
  • Ensure accurate commission calculations and reporting to finance
  • Help build onboarding and training frameworks for new sales team members

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Report directly to the Head of Sales
  • Work closely with Sales leadership and the CRO to improve outbound efficiency
  • Ensure high-quality handover of new customers to Customer Success and support strong collaboration between the teams
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and reporting

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Strong experience supporting outbound, calling-based sales teams
  • Hands-on experience owning and managing a CRM
  • Experience with enrichment tools, dialers, sales automation, and AI sales tools
  • Structured, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning processes end-to-end
  • A strong collaborator who enjoys working closely with sales and leadership
  • Experience with tools such as (or similar to) Clay, Granola, and LLM-based workflows
