Digital Accessibility Statement

Weply A/S is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users of our live chat widget and strives to provide an inclusive experience that enables everyone to communicate effectively, regardless of their abilities or the assistive technologies they use. Whenever possible on the widgets, Weply will aim to adhere to level AA of the WCAG 2.1 guidelines, which states that sites should be:

  • Perceivable - Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive;
  • Operable - User interface components and navigation must be operable;
  • Understandable - Information and the operation of user interface must be understandable; and
  • Robust - Content must be robust enough that it can be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.

While we strive for full accessibility, we acknowledge that real-time chat functionality may present challenges for some assistive technologies. We are committed to addressing these limitations through ongoing improvements and updates.

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of our live chat widget, and if you encounter accessibility barriers or need assistance, please contact us at support@weply.dk. We will work with you to provide the information or service you need in an accessible format.

This statement applies to the live chat widget provided by Weply - for questions about the accessibility of the host website, please contact the website owner directly.
