Commercial performance and social impact. Built into the same business model.
Weply employs people with disabilities as chat consultants, building a company where inclusion isn't a programme. It's part of the operating model. The result is a loyal, skilled workforce delivering results for 2.500+ businesses across Europe.

What we believe, and what we've built because of it.
Small by design, not by accident
Most of our chat consultants work from home. Our platform runs on infrastructure we don't have to build or heat. The result is a footprint that stays small - under 34 tons of CO₂e in 2023, with server emissions below 100kg. This isn't a sustainability programme layered on top. It's what happens when a company stays distributed and digital by default.
Employment, not charity
We hire people with disabilities as chat consultants. They contribute real skills, handling conversations for real clients, delivering real results. This isn't a programme alongside the business. It is a major part of the business - 30% of our colleagues work in subsidised flexi-jobs.
Loyal, skilled, and staying
When people are given work that fits their abilities and respects their needs, they stay. Our employee turnover fell from 18% to 12% year over year. Our consultants are some of our longest-serving team members, building deep client knowledge that improves over time.
Accountability, not just policy
Every employee is trained on GDPR and how we handle personal data. We run an anonymised whistleblower system, open to anyone inside the company. We're working toward ISO 27001 certification - extending the same standards we hold ourselves to on people, to how we handle data.
Where the commitment shows up
We believe the best work happens when people have freedom, trust, and a workplace that actually feels good to be in. Here's what that looks like day to day.
Flexibility as a principle
Not everyone thrives in a 9-to-5 office. Our consultants work from home, set their own hours, and contribute in the way that fits them. The flexibility isn't an accommodation. It's how Weply operates for our chat consultants.
Diversity, measured
We track representation, not just talk about it. 44% of leadership roles are held by women, and 33% in Product & Engineering - a function where that number is still rare. We publish it because tracking it is the only way to actually close the gap.
Contributing to UN SDG 8 and 10
Weply's model directly contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals - decent work and economic growth (SDG 8) and reduced inequalities (SDG 10). Not as a pledge or an aspiration. As a consequence of how we operate every day.
Structured, not improvised
As we've grown, we've built the processes to match with clearer accountability, defined roles, and a board that meets regularly and stays engaged. Growth doesn't mean things get looser. It means they get more deliberate.
