Sending Weply leads to Enreach Flows

Weply can automatically send leads from your live chat directly into Enreach Flows. When a visitor submits their details through the chat, a new Customer is created in Flows, including their contact information and any additional fields you choose to include.

Our Customer Success team handles the technical setup. This guide walks you through what information we need and where to find it in Enreach Flows.

How it works

Weply connects to Enreach Flows via the following endpoint:

https://flows.herobase.com/api/Service/AddNewCustomerUsingSource

To connect, we need a dedicated set of login credentials created specifically for Weply, along with a couple of identifiers from your Flows account.

Step 1: Create a Weply user in Enreach Flows

We need a dedicated username and password to authenticate with your Flows account. Please create a user specifically for Weply. This keeps the integration separate from personal accounts and makes it easier to manage access later.

Send the username and password to your Customer Success manager once the user has been created.

Step 2: Find your ClientID and SourceID

To create customers in the right place, we need two identifiers from your Flows account:

  • ClientID: identifies your Flows account
  • SourceID: identifies the source the new customers should be assigned to

If you are unsure where to find these, contact your Enreach Flows administrator or reach out to Enreach support directly. Once located, include both in what you send to us.

Step 3: Check which fields to include

We send the following standard fields when creating a Customer in Flows:

  • Name
  • Phone
  • Email

Step 4: Set up a LeadSource field (optional but recommended)

We recommend creating a LeadSource field in Enreach Flows to indicate that the customer came through Weply chat. This makes it easy to filter and report on chat-generated leads separately from other sources.

Contact your Enreach Flows administrator to have this field added. Once it exists, let us know and we will map it accordingly.

Step 5: Send us your details

Once you have everything ready, send the following to your Customer Success manager and we'll take care of the rest:

  • Username and password for the dedicated Weply user
  • Your ClientID
  • Your SourceID
  • Whether you want a LeadSource field included — let us know once it has been created in Flows
